Divorce Agreement
This agreement made on the date of__________， 20__ between [name of husband]， hereinafter referred to as the "Husband，" and [name of wife]， hereinafter referred to as the "Wife."
1. Parties intend to dissolve their marital union since both parties have concluded that their marriage has irrevocably broken down.
2. Parties have agreed that their property and assets should be divided as follows:
a. Husband agrees to transfer full ownership of his share of the jointly owned house to wife.
b. Wife agrees to transfer full ownership of her share of the jointly owned car to the husband.
c. The joint bank account shall be closed and the funds therein shall be evenly divided between the parties.
d. Husband agrees to pay to Wife the sum of $______ as spousal support for a period of 12 months， commencing from the date of signing this agreement.
3. Parties have agreed that their liabilities and debts should be divided as follows:
a. All credit card debts that are currently in the name of the parties shall be paid off in full by the parties.
b. All joint debts including mortgage， car loan， and other loans shall be the responsibility of the parties in the same proportion as the ownership of the assets associated with those debts.
4. Both parties acknowledge that this agreement is full and final and there are no other outstanding claims or rights between them.
5. Both parties agree to execute all necessary documents and take all necessary actions to effectuate this agreement.
6. Both parties waive any right to alimony or support in the future.
7. Both parties acknowledge that they have read this agreement and fully understand the consequences of their actions.
