Divorce Agreement
This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on ___________ [insert date] by and between ___________ [insert name of husband] (“Husband”) and ___________ [insert name of wife] (“Wife”) in connection with the parties’ divorce.
1. Property Division. The parties agree to divide their marital assets and debts as follows:
A. Husband shall receive:

iii. Stocks and bonds held at ___________ [insert brokerage firm name], valued at ___________ [insert value];

B. Wife shall receive:

C. The parties shall divide all debts equally, including:

v. Any other debts incurred during the marriage.
2. Child Custody and Support.
A. The parties agree to share joint physical and legal custody of their child [insert child’s name] (“Child”).
B. The parties shall agree in good faith on the child’s educational, health care, and religious upbringing.

B. Each party hereby waives any and all claims for equitable distribution, alimony, support, attorneys’ fees, and costs.
C. This Agreement shall be binding on the parties and any successors in interest.
D. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
