Divorce Agreement
This Agreement is made on [date] by and between [husband's name] and [wife's name]， hereafter referred to as "the parties".
Recitals
Whereas the parties were lawfully married on [marriage date] in [location] and have lived together as husband and wife;
Whereas the parties have irreconcilable differences and have chosen to file for divorce;
Whereas the parties mutually agree to resolve all issues arising out of their marital relationship;
Now， therefore， the parties hereby agree as follows:
1. Divorce
The parties acknowledge that irreconcilable differences exist between them， and they desire to terminate their marital relationship. The parties agree to file an uncontested divorce and to cooperate fully in obtaining the final divorce decree.
2. Child Custody
The parties have [number of children] minor children， namely [names of children and ages].
[Party name] shall be awarded primary custody of the children， and [party name] shall have reasonable visitation rights.
The parties shall have joint legal custody of the children and shall consult with each other on all matters concerning the children's welfare， education， and health.
3. Child Support
[Party name] shall pay child support to [party name] in the amount of [amount] per month， beginning [date]， until the children reach the age of majority. The child support shall be paid through the [state's child support agency]. The parties shall comply with all state and federal laws regarding child support.
4. Division of Property
The parties agree to divide all marital property and debts in an equitable manner. An inventory of the marital property and debts shall be prepared and submitted to the court for approval.
5. Alimony
[Party name] shall pay to [party name] alimony in the amount of [amount] per month， beginning [date]， for a period of [number of months or years]. The alimony shall terminate upon the death or remarriage of [party name]， whichever comes first.
6. Mutual Release
The parties hereby release each other from all claims， liabilities， or obligations arising out of their marital relationship， except as expressly provided for in this Agreement.
7. Miscellaneous
This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings， whether written or oral.
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective heirs， executors， administrators， and assigns.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the [state] and shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
