Divorce Agreement
This agreement， made and entered into on [date]， by and between [husband's name]， residing at [address] and [wife's name]， residing at [address]:
1. This agreement shall be binding upon both parties and shall constitute the complete and entire agreement between the parties with regard to the settlement of their rights and obligations arising out of their marital relationship.
2. The parties have made a full disclosure of all of their assets and liabilities and have agreed to divide their property as follows:

3. The parties waive any rights that they may have to alimony or support payments from each other.
4. The parties waive any right that they may have to contest the validity of this agreement.

6. This agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.
