Divorce Agreement
This Divorce Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [date] by and between [Husband's full name]， referred to herein as "Husband，" and [Wife's full name]， referred to herein as "Wife."
1. Marriage and Separation
Husband and Wife were formally married on [date of marriage]. The parties have lived separate and apart since [date of separation].
2. Property Division
Husband and Wife have come to an agreement regarding the division of their marital property. Specifically， Husband will retain [list of property]. Wife will retain [list of property]. Each party shall be responsible for any debts or liabilities that he/she may have acquired during the marriage.
3. Child Custody， Support and Visitation
